ALLILONET complies with the requirements and purposes of Personal Data Protection, as referred in the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation.
ALLIILONNET does not perform any personal data processing, beyond the collection of data that allow the identification of its members, its partners, its suppliers and any other party involved in its activities, in order to recognise the aforementioned stakeholders, to distinguish their professional qualities and experiences and, consequently, to identify, whenever necessary, the areas in which they can contribute to ALLILONET purposes.
All data collected shall be kept securely on the electronic storage media of the ALLLIONET Secretariat and shall be used only by the Secretariat in accordance with the authorisations given by its members and with their consent for a specific use for which they have been informed in advance.
All measures have been taken to avoid potential breaches by using electronic antiviruses and by excluding access by any person out of ALLILONET Secretariat.
The circulation of personal data collected by the Secretariat of ALLILONET is controlled by the Secretariat itself and in case of leakage or other deviation, the owner of the leaked data will be immediately informed, as well as the management of ALLILONET to take appropriate measures for restoration and to avoid similar breaches in personal data management.
