The event is organized by ALLILON, in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and the International Hellenic University (IHU), and brings primarily students and young graduates into direct contact with experienced Greek professionals active in international organizations based in Geneva (such as the UN and WHO), European Union bodies, as well as the private sector cooperating with some of these organizations.
Participants of the event will receive a certificate of attendance upon request.
ALLILON mentors possess years of experience in key areas of international relations, such as diplomacy, international negotiations, developmental cooperation, humanitarian action, internal audit, human resources management in a multinational environment, etc. Through the speed mentoring process, ALLILON mentors share their knowledge and experience regarding professional prospects and the skills required by the modern international labor market.
This initiative is pioneering and tangibly expresses the spirit of cooperation and mutual support promoted by ALLILON through its actions among Greeks wherever they are in the world. At the same time, it strengthens its role as a bridge primarily between the youth of Greece and the Greek diaspora. Simultaneously, it highlights the importance of staffing European and International Organizations with highly qualified Greek professionals, enhancing, in the long term, the country’s international presence and its contribution to policy-making at a national, European, and global level.
